About Scott Sabina
A life time striving for success through core principals of innovation, creativity, discipline, honesty, integrity and hard work. Scott started his business career founding his first company at age 17 while in high school, thus paying his own way through college while becoming a World Cup Mogul Skier. Success followed through each endeavor.
Scott’s real estate career began in earnest at age 25, joining Consolidated Mutual Mortgage Company as a loan officer.
Scott’s self motivation lead to immediate success through age 27 when Scott was offered a position in charge of business development of a small real estate office brokerage in Denver, building relationships with new home builders throughout the Denver Metro area. At age 30, Scott founded Sabina and Company, a full service Real Estate brokerage and by age 33, Scott had become one of the top selling brokers in Colorado, closing well over 100 home sales each year personally.
Not satisfied being a traditional broker, Scott began to buy and sell his own investment properties leading to developing a new subdivision in Evergreen Colorado. From there Scott added a construction/development company of his ownership if Sabina and Company creating small residential developments including buying distressed properties and then remodeling and selling for profit.
Scott has been successful throughout his 30 plus years in Real Estate through all the market cycles using his constant study of the economy and properly forecasting market adjustments and opportunities before they occur.
Scott has made his investors and traditional clients many millions of dollars throughout his career and looks forward to working with you for all of your real estate needs.
After personally closing over 5000 properties in his career Scott continues to strive for success in both his business and personal live. Why? Because Scott loves the creativity personal relationships, and results he strives for in this industry.
Through all of this Scott has raised 4 wonderful and successful children and maintains a strong love for his family.
