I have worked with Scott for over 10 years as an investor buying rehab properties in the Denver area. Started in 2009 as the foreclosure market was in full swing through now in an entirely different market. Scott is very knowledgeable not only about the metro Denver area real estate neighborhoods but about the rehab process itself and all that it entails.
