My passion for business began long before my real estate career. At just 17 years old, I founded my first company while still in high school, allowing me to pay my way through college while competing as a World Cup Mogul Skier. Those early experiences taught me the value of discipline, hard work, and perseverance—principles that continue to guide me today.

I entered the real estate industry at age 25 as a loan officer, where I gained valuable insight into the financial side of homeownership. A few years later, I was invited to lead business development for a growing Denver real estate brokerage, building relationships with home builders throughout the Denver Metro area.

At age 30, I founded Sabina & Company, creating a full-service brokerage focused on exceptional client service and long-term success. Within just a few years, I became one of Colorado's top-producing real estate professionals, personally closing more than 100 transactions annually.

Over the years, my experience expanded beyond traditional brokerage. As an investor, developer, and builder, I've purchased, renovated, and developed residential properties, giving me a well-rounded perspective that benefits every client I serve.

Today, after more than 30 years in real estate and over 5,000 successful transactions, I continue to help buyers, sellers, and investors make informed decisions through honest advice, strategic planning, and skilled negotiation.
